About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be the compassionate heart of a client's daily life. This role exists to support individuals in maintaining their independence, dignity, and safety within their own homes and communities. You will serve as a trusted partner, building genuine relationships while assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, and light housekeeping.
Your day will involve following individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. From providing assistance with bathing and dressing to preparing meals and engaging clients in activities, your focus is on person-centered care. You will also collaborate closely with families and supervisors to ensure the highest quality of support, documenting services accurately and observing for any changes in a client's condition.
