About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate face of our care team, supporting patients with daily living activities to promote their independence. Whether in a home or facility setting, your role is to provide hands-on personal care, assist with mobility and hygiene, and ensure safe, dignified environments. You will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to follow individualized care plans, observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the clinical team promptly. This position is vital to upholding our values of compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and health screenings. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for those providing in-home care.
