About the Role

As a Direct Care Worker, you will be the compassionate heart of our patient-centered environment. This role exists to support patients with their daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity whether they are in a home or facility setting. You will provide hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and meals, while serving as the eyes and ears of the clinical team by observing and reporting changes in patient condition.

In this position, you will work closely with nurses and other caregivers to execute individualized care plans. Your day will be defined by building trust with patients, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and upholding our core values of compassion and patient-centered care. Hiring Process
