About the Role
As a Direct Care Worker, you will serve as a compassionate partner to patients, supporting their daily living activities and promoting independence. Whether in home or facility settings, your day will involve providing hands-on personal care, assisting with mobility, hygiene, and meals, while ensuring a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with nurses and the broader care team to follow individualized care plans, observing and reporting changes in patient condition to ensure timely clinical support. This role is essential to maintaining the dignity and well-being of those we serve.
