About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will be the heart of our community, making personal connections with residents and ensuring high-quality comfort and care. You will be a courteous and friendly co-worker who follows procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations. Your day will involve creating connections with residents, assisting in maintaining their dignity and independence, and helping with daily physical and hygienic care needs such as lifting, positioning, and transporting. You will prepare residents for activities, meals, and travel, while advising the supervising charge nurse of residents' conditions and documenting observations accurately. You will also assist families and visitors as needed, ensuring the privacy of all resident information is maintained.
