As an IOP Counselor (LCSW or LPC), you will join a mission-driven team dedicated to conquering addiction one patient and family at a time. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, therapeutic interventions, and educational lectures to patients and their families. You will be responsible for developing, revising, and implementing treatment plans, performing face-to-face assessments, and collecting referral information to coordinate services effectively.
Your day will involve participating in a multi-disciplinary treatment team, attending weekly staff meetings, and providing clinical consultation to referral resources, mentors, and family members to support patient recovery. You will also be tasked with recording treatment activities and patient observations accurately and timely, while establishing necessary follow-up care. This position is based in an outpatient treatment facility setting and operates from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
