As a Direct Support Professional, you will be the heart of our community-based services, providing essential support within a residential setting or periodic program. Your role is to foster growth and independence for individuals facing physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges. You will partner with individuals to develop meaningful relationships while assisting with daily activities, from personal care and medication administration to community integration and socialization.
This is a hands-on position where you help individuals exercise their rights, manage their assets, and pursue their personal goals. Whether you are accompanying someone to a medical appointment, preparing a meal according to their dietary preferences, or simply sharing a moment of connection, your work directly impacts the quality of life for those we serve.
