Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct support and assistance in accordance with individual service plans
- check_circleAssist with personal care, housekeeping, and recreational activities
- check_circleAdminister medications and document delivery accurately
- check_circleMonitor individual health and report medical or behavioral incidents
- check_circleTransport individuals to community activities and medical appointments
- check_circleMaintain accurate records and logs of daily activities and progress
- check_circleManage individual assets and make cost-effective purchases within budget
- check_circlePerform housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks to ensure safety
- check_circlePrepare meals according to individual dietary needs and preferences
- check_circleReport abuse, neglect, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verifiedValid driver's license in good standing
- verifiedMust be 18 years of age
- verifiedWorking knowledge of computers
- verifiedSix months of experience in human services preferred
- verifiedState-required training and certifications
- verifiedDrug testing and criminal background checks
