About the Role
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions, enabling individuals to remain safely in their own homes. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about connecting with clients and growing together within a supportive environment.
You will be challenged to succeed while receiving clear direction and development opportunities for future roles. Your day will involve assisting clients with activities of daily living, ensuring a clean and safe home environment, and providing companionship and reassurance, including live-in or sleep-over support where applicable.
