Brookdale is recognized by Newsweek in 2024 and 2025 as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity. We are dedicated to creating an environment where caregivers can become their best possible selves while making lives better, including their own.
As a Caregiver, you will provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating every senior with respect and dignity. Your day will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as helping with light housekeeping tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning dishes. Beyond physical care, you will engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive, compassionate support.
This role offers more than just a paycheck; it is an opportunity to grow your career through professional development. Caregivers have the option to explore exciting advancement opportunities into positions such as Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) and Medication Technician (QMAP). Ongoing programs catered to your overall health and wellness are also available to support your journey.
We are an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply. To support our associates in their journey to become U.S. citizens, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725 (less applicable taxes and withholding), for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
The application window is anticipated to close within 30 days of the date of the posting. Base pay in the range will be determined by the applicant's skills and experience.
