This position is designed for a dedicated professional to provide direct support within a residential or periodic program setting. You will be the face of our mission, fostering an environment where individuals can thrive. Your day will involve partnering with residents to navigate daily life, from personal care and medication administration to community integration and recreational activities. Whether you are assisting with household tasks, preparing meals according to individual dietary needs, or accompanying someone to a medical appointment, your role is vital in promoting health, safety, and independence. This is a hands-on role where you will build lasting connections that motivate both you and the individuals you serve.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to undergo a comprehensive background check, including a criminal history review and checks against the Central Registry of Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities and the Child Abuse Registry Information (CARI). All new hires must also submit to drug testing prior to employment and agree to random testing. Successful candidates will complete all state-mandated training and certifications before beginning their shift.
