About the Role
As a Caregiver, you will provide direct, compassionate care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating every senior with respect and dignity. Your day-to-day involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as maintaining a clean living environment through tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and dishwashing. Beyond physical care, you will engage residents in meaningful conversations, providing attentive support that fosters connection and well-being.
