Job Corps is a government-funded, no-cost education and vocational training program administered by the U.S. Department of Labor. About the Role
You will join a talented and professional team dedicated to transforming the lives of young adults. In this position, you will play a direct role in launching careers by empowering students with the skills, confidence, and connections they need to succeed in today's workforce. You will coach students entering the Career Transition phase, helping them sharpen their job search strategies and career focus while managing an active caseload with consistent follow-up and support.
Your day will involve leading workshops on employability skills, coordinating mock interviews and career fairs, and building strong partnerships with employers, military programs, and community resources. You will ensure students are fully prepared for employment by securing required documents and connecting them with essential support services, including relocation assistance when needed. This role offers the opportunity to work with a great, dedicated team while contributing to the long-term success of our students.

Requirements
