We are seeking a passionate School Social Worker to join our Alternative Education team serving Grades 9-12. In this pivotal role, you will empower students to reach their full potential—academically, socially, and emotionally. You will thrive in a collaborative, outcome-focused environment, utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to make a meaningful difference.
Your day will involve bridging essential connections between home and school through individual and group counseling. You will serve as the key liaison for daily site operations, building and maintaining positive relationships with school district representatives, educators, families, and community professionals. By fostering strong partnerships, you will help create an inclusive, supportive, and nurturing environment where students can overcome challenges and build confidence.
