As a Career Services Advisor, you will become a vital part of our team, channeling your skills as a recruiter or staffing professional to make a tangible impact on the lives of our graduates. This role exists to ensure students and graduates are fully prepared with the job search skills necessary to attain employment in their field of study.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between our students and the medical community. Your day will involve building relationships with potential employers, guiding students through interview techniques and resume best practices, and managing a population of graduates to assist in their job placement within the Allied Healthcare field. You will work cooperatively with the education department and administrative staff to analyze feedback and drive graduate satisfaction.
