About the Role
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher, you will be a vital part of our childcare program, working closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for toddlers. Your day-to-day focus will be on anticipating and responding to the individual needs of children with patience and care, while maintaining a clean and safe classroom. This role is essential for fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a professional and welcoming learning atmosphere.
