As a Care Specialist II, you will leverage your advanced pharmacy knowledge to process and troubleshoot complex cases. In addition to these tasks, you'll provide outstanding customer service by managing patient escalations through phone, text, chat, and email. You will spend more than 90% of your time offering personalized, direct support to patients, primarily addressing pharmacy-related needs. Your role involves identifying and resolving inquiries, engaging with cross-functional teams to improve the overall patient experience, and demonstrating empathy in all interactions.
