About the Role

This position serves as a vital component of the Electrocardiography department at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, Colorado. As an onsite team member, you will perform direct patient care, including electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress testing, and cardiac monitoring. Beyond technical execution, you will analyze cardiac monitor data, complete reports, and facilitate effective communication with providers regarding complex patient needs.

In this role, you will operate across all departmental specialties and patient populations. You will also take on a mentorship aspect, assisting new hires and student interns while providing guidance on complex issues related to productivity and quality management. The role requires critical thinking and decisive judgment to handle novel situations with minimal supervision in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will also oversee equipment quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal patient care standards.
