About the Role
As a Cardiorenal Associate Director of Regional Marketing, you will serve as a key member of the field-based Product & Portfolio Squad. Your primary mission is to engage and develop Thought Leaders (TLs), generate strategic insights, and execute regional programs for Bayer's Cardiovascular Renal Portfolio. You will act as a champion for the brand communication strategy, focusing on Northern California with a primary base in San Francisco.
This role is designed to bridge the gap between strategic objectives and field execution. You will collaborate with Area General Managers, sales teams, and external partners to foster deep clinical expertise and drive brand growth. The position requires a dynamic professional who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, from academic centers and key accounts to national conferences and advisory boards. You will be responsible for translating market intelligence into actionable strategies that influence peer-to-peer content, speaker bureaus, and regional marketing initiatives.
