The Carwash Site Manager manages the business and daily operations of the site to achieve assigned goals. In this role, you will oversee multiple car wash locations depending on business needs and location. You will provide daily direction for all on-staff employees, ranging from loading and cleaning to customer service. You will coordinate with the sales team on daily, monthly, and annual goals for revenue, membership, and service KPIs. Additionally, you will analyze budget expectations to identify areas for focus and improvement, ensuring site operations remain in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while adhering to strict cleaning and maintenance schedules.
