Car Wash Associates are the face of Tahoma Express, critical to delivering the friendly, safe, and professional service that distinguishes our brand. You will work as part of a dedicated team to provide the perfect guest experience for every customer, whether they are visiting our car wash or our retail store. Your role ensures we maintain a sparkling clean environment and operate efficiently to help guests get in and out quickly.
This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy customer service. You will be responsible for greeting guests cheerfully, assisting them with product selection, and guiding vehicles through the car wash safely. Beyond the wash bay, you will help maintain the cleanliness of the retail store, bathrooms, and parking lots. Success in this role requires a cooperative spirit, the ability to handle stressful situations calmly, and a commitment to safety and integrity.
