The Capital Projects Planning Manager assists with the strategic planning of capital projects comprising both new construction and renovation projects. This role is responsible for organizing project goals, including scope, schedule, and budget, to communicate effectively with key stakeholders. You will manage the conceptual solution process for expanding, renovating, and contemplating de novo developments. The job function involves collaborating with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to determine the optimal solution for capital deployment. Project sizes range from $1M to $80M, with the capacity to handle up to 12 projects simultaneously.
