About the Role
The Capability Delivery Manager (CDM) serves as the operational leader for a Center of Excellence, guiding teams in the delivery of innovative enterprise platform capabilities. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution, ensuring that agile practices are optimized to deliver timely, meaningful value across the entire organization.
In this position, you will lead daily team activities, navigate complex team dynamics, and actively remove roadblocks to support the team's mission. You will facilitate key agile ceremonies—including standups, retrospectives, and refinement sessions—to manage work effectively. Beyond the immediate team, you will collaborate with product owners, product managers, and stakeholders to align delivery with business goals, while working alongside other Capability Delivery Managers to coordinate multi-COE initiatives.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Management, or related field
- verifiedEquivalent technical or managerial education and/or related work experience
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years progressive experience in Information Technology
- verifiedAt least three years in an agile management or mentoring role
- verifiedExperience in leading and developing teams using a variety of agile practices
