We are seeking a highly motivated Campus Recruiter with a passion for building strong university engagement strategies. In this role, you will focus specifically on Technology early-career hiring, leading the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top technical talent across software engineering, data analytics, data science, cybersecurity, and other technology disciplines.
You will partner closely with Tech leaders, program partners, and academic institutions to establish Humana as a top employer for IT and technology talent. Your day-to-day involves managing recruiting activities across 15-20 target schools, facilitating networking events, executive speakers, and information sessions, and nurturing relationships with university career centers, professors, and student organizations. This is an adaptable, high-volume role where you will leverage data to advise hiring managers on market trends and candidate decision-making.

Previous experience in a Fortune 500 or working within a heavy matrixed environment. Strong record of success in planning and executing large-scale recruiting events and conferences. Ability to handle internal client management with strong customer consultative skills, tact, and diplomacy. Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., HireVue, Workday, Handshake, Phenom). Passion for technology and understanding of the evolving tech industry landscape.
