Key Responsibilities
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to improve member experience through organizational key performance indicators
- check_circleDevelop and implement strategies to improve member experience through network engagement
- check_circleCollaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to analyze trends across CAHPS and HOS measures
- check_circleIdentify and execute initiatives that strengthen CAHPS performance and improve operational efficiency
- check_circlePromote participation in the Perfect Experience Program by explaining benefits and supporting member engagement
- check_circleEstablish strategies for program growth and continuously enhance program capabilities
- check_circleAnalyze operational processes to identify and implement key improvements
- check_circleManage training and education for providers and members related to program offerings
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree
- verified3+ years experience with managed care organizations, Medicare, or Medicaid
- verifiedDemonstrated involvement in quality improvement, Stars program, CAHPS, HOS, or patient experience initiatives
- verifiedComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Experience in the health solutions industry. Understanding of CMS Stars, performance measures, and HEDIS. Background in quality improvement. Experience in patient experience areas such as Grievance and Appeals or Access and Complaints. Bilingual English and Spanish (verbal and written).
