The Humana Tech Chief of Staff office partners with Tech leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and operational synchronization with organizational goals. The team provides comprehensive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), manages operational processes, engages stakeholders, stewards important relationships, and enables performance management across the Tech organization. Collaboration with Finance and Procurement for budget tracking and meeting cadence management is central to their work.

- check_circleAnalyze data to support executive leadership materials and strategic initiatives
- check_circleMaintain and report on Tech Scorecard tracking and meeting cadence
- check_circleSupport Tech Quarterly Business Reviews and ensure alignment with CIO expectations
- check_circleConduct red team analysis for strategic bets and organizational initiatives
- check_circleAssist with annual planning and cross-tech or enterprise ventures
- check_circleEnsure all storytelling and materials reflect CIO priorities and executive alignment
- check_circlePrepare executive-level presentations highlighting data-driven challenges and roadmaps

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change and ambiguity. Manages confidential information in compliance with organizational guidelines.
