The Campus Assistant is a vital part of our founding team, providing essential support services to faculty and staff to help meet the mission of BASIS Independent Schools. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, achievement-oriented learning environment and is ready to work with children.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for monitoring student activities, including lunches and before-and-after-school programs. You will need to manage large groups of students authoritatively and effectively while ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere. The role requires a high level of personal responsibility, optimism, and strong communication skills. As a key member of the community, you will contribute to a dynamic organization with significant room for growth.
