About the Role
As a Facilities Technician, you will work closely with the Facilities Supervisor to ensure our glamping location remains well-maintained, safe, and operational for both team members and guests. You play a vital role in our success by performing daily maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of our tents, amenities, equipment, and property. Depending on the specific camp location, the nature of your work will vary from basic upkeep to more technical functions involving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
This is a seasonal, hourly position that offers the unique opportunity to live on-site in team member housing for the duration of your employment. You will interact regularly with guests and team members, thinking critically to respond quickly and effectively to ever-changing situations on the property. As a solutions-oriented team member, you will be proactive in problem-solving while working alongside the facilities team under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
