As a Call Center Sales Representative, you will leverage your skills to handle inbound sales calls effectively. You'll be instrumental in acquiring new customers and upselling additional products and services to existing customers. Your expertise will drive our revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and promote current marketing campaigns. You will become a Product Expert, mastering order processing systems and explaining all products and services to customers while staying informed about competitors. You will work in a normal office environment, utilizing clear and professional communication to achieve and surpass sales targets.
