About the Role

As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative, you will leverage your skills to retain valued customers and upsell our top-tier services. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Your contributions will directly impact our success and strengthen customer loyalty.

You will actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience while maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy. Your day will involve responding promptly to inbound calls, addressing billing inquiries and service complaints, and mastering order processing within our billing system for retained accounts, new sales, and account lookups.
