As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair at Spectrum, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. You will be the voice of a Fortune 100 company, representing our brand while troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services. Your day will involve interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, and subscriber challenges. You will work in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team, navigating computer systems and learning about our business in a bustling 24/7 call center setting.

Important Eligibility Requirements This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. This position is onsite (not hybrid or remote) and works in a call center environment.
Training and Schedule Extensive training is provided for 13 weeks, running from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The class starts June 23, 2026. After completing training, you must be flexible to work a schedule of 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with two weekdays off.
