The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command in the cafe, working directly under the Kitchen Manager and/or Executive Chef. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Hard Rock culinary standards are upheld, guaranteeing that food is presented beautifully, cooked correctly, and served with speed. Beyond culinary execution, the Sous Chef supports senior leadership in maintaining all brand standards and core values while meeting or exceeding business objectives. The position requires fostering an environment where customer service is paramount, ensuring every team member puts the guest first. As a Culinary Learning Coach, the Sous Chef will also develop and execute learning and development programs for "Heart of House" employees to drive continuous improvement and staff advancement.
