The Café Manager provides leadership to ensure the café operates with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while driving positive financial results in accordance with the budget. You will be responsible for the long-term strategic planning of the café, ensuring that coffee, food, and administrative functions align with our commitment to excellence.
In this position, you will delegate specific responsibilities using Colectivo’s Café Functional Architecture Model and focus on training and developing co-workers to ensure high levels of overall performance. Your leadership will set the tone for the team, creating an encouraging environment for both staff and guests.
