Join the Hospitality team at California Chicken Café, where we turn everyday moments into memorable experiences. As a Catering and Service Associate, you will be the face of our brand, orchestrating our wide variety of catering options to serve as our most powerful marketing tool. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about food and hospitality, dedicated to maintaining a positive and friendly work environment that reflects our core values.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of front-of-house and logistical coordination. You will take orders via phone or in-person, manage payments through our POS system, and ensure every guest is greeted with "moments of humanity." Whether you are directing guests in our Drive-Up Service, staging orders for delivery, or personally delivering food to guests' vehicles, your goal is to provide exceptional service. You will also play a key role in keeping the restaurant clean, sanitized, and properly stocked, while communicating effectively about food quality and equipment needs.
This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time schedules that may vary to include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. We value promoting from within and offer a wage structure that rewards your growth and learning milestones.

Requirements
- verified18 years of age or older
- verifiedPass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire
- verified1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred
- verifiedSpeak, read, and write English fluently
- verifiedPass Food Handler course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the United States
