About the Role
The Café Assistant Manager is a developmental role designed to prepare team members to grow within our brand. Working alongside the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Kitchen Manager, you will support all aspects of café operations. This position is about driving financial success through strong team leadership and active coaching while maintaining the highest commitment to quality.
You will be a collaborative leader who inspires passion and engagement across all teams. As a key part of our culture, you will utilize thoughtful communication to guide fellow team members, customers, and consumers, ensuring an inclusive and quality-focused environment. This is an hourly, on-site role where you will actively drive sales growth through improved service, clean merchandising, and community events.
