About the Role

As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines of keeping communities connected. In this entry-level role, you will install and repair services while educating customers on how to use their technology. It is a dynamic position designed for those who enjoy solving technical challenges and working in an environment where no two days are the same.

Working Conditions

Field Technicians work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments. You will receive support to build confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues. The role involves walking over various terrains and weather conditions, carrying tools and equipment, and safely using weight-bearing equipment. You will climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and operate company vehicles in changing environments. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
