About the Role
As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines of keeping people connected to what matters most. In this entry-level role, you will install and repair services, educate customers on their use, and solve technical challenges in a dynamic environment. No two days are the same; you will stay active working outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of settings while building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.

Working Conditions
Field Technicians work outdoors in a variety of environments, often navigating changing weather conditions. The role involves walking over various terrains, climbing ladders up to 32 feet, working in confined spaces, and safely operating weight-bearing equipment. You will be expected to operate and navigate a company vehicle and work with small components and wires. Support is provided to build confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues.
