As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines of keeping people connected to what matters most. In this entry-level role, you will install and repair services, solve technical challenges, and educate customers on their use of Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice. Field Technicians work outdoors in a variety of environments, often traveling to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. The role requires the ability to work in inclement weather, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work in confined spaces, and safely operate weight-bearing equipment. You will be expected to walk over various terrains, carry tools and equipment, and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments.
