As a Field Technician at Spectrum, you will be on the front lines of keeping people connected to what matters most. In this entry-level role, you will install and repair services, educate customers on their use, and solve technical challenges in a dynamic environment. No two days are the same; you will stay active working outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of settings to overcome daily challenges.

The role offers a clear path to move from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications and advance into leadership positions.
Field Technicians work outdoors in various environments, often navigating changing weather conditions. The role requires traveling to and from customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary. You will be expected to walk over various terrains, climb ladders up to 32 feet, work in confined spaces, and safely operate weight-bearing equipment and company vehicles.
