Location

This position is based out of Campbellsport, Wisconsin. Centrally located just 20 minutes north of West Bend and 20 minutes south of Fond du Lac, the office offers an easy, traffic-free reverse commute from either city.

About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant for builders and homeowners, helping them navigate product selections for cabinetry and countertops. You will develop expert-level knowledge of our offerings and competitive products to identify opportunities that elevate builders to new categories and increase their profitability.

Your day will involve creating quotes and orders with precision, managing shipping paperwork, and ensuring service issues are resolved within 48 hours. You will work closely with the Cabinetry team to maximize account potential, prospect for new builder accounts, and assist walk-in customers with a smile. As you grow, you will also play a key part in training and motivating new team members.
