About the Role
We are seeking a Python Streamlit UI Designer to build fast, functional, and visually appealing applications and interactive dashboards. This role focuses on leveraging Python Streamlit libraries—such as Plotly, Altair, Matplotlib, and Vega-Lite—to create compelling data visualizations for various survey applications.
You will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that meet specific client needs, implementing UI/UX best practices, and ensuring seamless integration with backend data sources. Beyond development, you will play a key role in application performance and optimization, ensuring the final product is both robust and responsive.
Who You Are
This position requires a candidate with over five years of hands-on experience as a Python Streamlit web designer. You should hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics/Analytics from an accredited university. Your background will include deep familiarity with customer survey data, including the ability to analyze survey variables, direct and derived measures, and understand weight and non-weight metrics.
In addition to technical expertise, you bring exceedingly high analytical skills and the ability to interface confidently with both internal and external customers. You are a self-motivating professional with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality documentation. You thrive in environments that require time management, multitasking, and a proactive approach, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
