About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Lead to support an Intelligence Community client, located in Washington, DC or Reston, VA. This is a hands-on technical leadership position responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary team of data engineers and data scientists. You will drive the modernization of data pipelines and advanced analytics to directly support mission decision-making.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical execution and strategic business goals. You will frame and scope analytical problems, integrating complex datasets to guide the development of models using machine learning, simulation, and statistical methods. Beyond the code, you will translate analytical results into compelling dashboards, visualizations, and narratives that empower non-technical stakeholders to make informed decisions. Your day will involve mentoring junior team members, managing project delivery timelines, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph eligibility. Due to the nature of the work, LMI will only consider applicants who currently hold these clearances or are eligible for them. Applicants with TS/SCI who are eligible for a polygraph are encouraged to apply and will be sponsored for an upgrade. Please note that only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Requirements
