Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign, build and maintain batch or real-time data pipelines in production
- check_circleDevelop ETL processes to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
- check_circleAutomate data workflows including ingestion, aggregation, and ETL processing
- check_circlePartner with data scientists to deploy machine learning models in production
- check_circleBuild, maintain, and deploy data products for analytics teams on cloud platforms
- check_circleEnsure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance through quality control
- check_circleMonitor data system performance and implement optimization strategies
- check_circlePrepare raw data in Data Warehouses into consumable datasets for stakeholders
Requirements
- verifiedAdvanced SQL skills
- verifiedExperience with cloud Data Warehouse solutions (Databricks, Apache Spark)
- verifiedExperience with data ingestion tools (Fivetran, Stitch, Matillion)
- verifiedWorking knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- verifiedExperience building and deploying machine learning models in production
- verifiedProficiency in object-oriented languages (Python, Java, C++, Scala)
- verifiedProficiency in Bash scripting
- verifiedProficiency in data pipeline tools (Airflow)
Nice to Have
Good understanding of NoSQL databases like CrateDB, Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, or Neo4j. Experience with working on large data sets and distributed computing (e.g. Hive/Hadoop/Spark/Presto/MapReduce).
