This opportunity is located at the Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. As a Buyer Liaison within the Development Department, you will serve as the vital bridge between the homebuyer and the complex ecosystem of development, architecture, design, construction, and residential service teams. Your mission is to ensure the homebuyer experience remains fluid, enjoyable, and transparent from selection through turnover.
In this role, you will coordinate closely with the Interior Design Manager to review home selections and translate design notes into actionable construction documents. You will lead meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients, ensuring all parties are aligned on schedules and updates. A significant portion of your day will involve monitoring design and construction timelines, managing delays, and conducting construction walks to verify quality standards. You will also oversee the home turnover process, ensuring all documentation is ready and facilitating introductions to warranty and residential services teams. This position requires a professional who can stay calm and focused during busy periods, pivoting quickly to new projects in a fast-paced environment.
