About the Role
As a Meat Department Team Member, you will be the expert face of our fresh and processed meats, seafood, and prepared foods. You will receive, rotate, cut, wrap, and merchandise products to company standards, ensuring our members always find the highest quality options. Your role involves assisting with special meat arrangements, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the meat department, including coolers, freezers, and display cases.
You will engage directly with members, providing recommendations and answering questions about our products. This role requires a commitment to flawless execution, moving with speed and agility, and upholding our GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA), and delivering a Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, and Clean experience.
