The Business Specialist serves as a specialist and trusted advisor within the Consumer Bank, focusing on the holistic and long-term needs of business owners. This role is designed to be a vital part of our history as it continues to be written. You will manage an existing portfolio of clients while actively prospecting for new opportunities through networking and external calling efforts.
In this capacity, you will identify client needs and recommend deposit, treasury, and loan products, negotiating terms and coordinating loan approvals and closings. Beyond individual account management, you will act as a liaison and knowledge resource for financial center teams, providing training, coaching, and guidance to promote the development and growth of the small business segment across assigned districts and regions. You will also serve as a key partner in the community, creating strategic partnerships with internal and external organizations to develop plans and tactics that serve local small businesses.
