The Commercial & Investment Bank Treasury team plays a vital role in managing liquidity, balance sheet, and capital positions within the investment banking sector. Collaborating with Global Treasury, the team develops stress assumptions, produces liquidity risk metrics, and manages balance sheet and leverage ratios. The Capital Controllers team specifically focuses on reporting risk-weighted assets and capital, ensuring alignment with the capital framework while providing critical insights on capital usage.

We seek a strategic thinker to join our high-performing finance team, offering valuable analytics and insights to promote results and support Commercial & Investment Bank management and corporate partners. As an Associate within the Corporate and Investment Bank Treasury Capital Controllers team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to management and partners. Your role involves offering clarity on leveraging analytics to gain insights, evaluating metrics, and driving results.
You will focus on Basel III Risk-Weighted Assets for Secured Financing Transactions (Repo-Style, Margin Loans), delivering detailed analytics and reporting. This position requires becoming a subject matter expert for these products while partnering with Corporate and CIB Line of Business controller groups to ensure accuracy and completeness of results. You will monitor internal and external reports, create in-depth period-over-period analysis for senior management reviews, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and finance partners across the firm.
