As a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM) Acquisition banker in Business Banking, you will develop and manage a portfolio of large, profitable business clients with annual revenues exceeding approximately $3 million.
Your mission is to drive business development by acquiring new balances, deepening product utilization, and securing referrals to increase primary bank share. As a Senior Acquisition banker, you will deliver a high-touch experience that balances client experience with rigorous risk management. Your day-to-day involves acquiring new relationships while retaining and deepening existing ones, ensuring every client receives comprehensive, customized banking solutions tailored to their unique financial needs.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a multi-stage interview process designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a deeper dive into business development strategies and relationship management scenarios. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years' managing clients with >$10+MM revenue. In-depth knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
