About the Role
Being the next generation Business Relationship Manager at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team focused on delivering a high-quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints. This role exists to deepen existing relationships and cultivate new ones, delivering exceptional service while building a long-term career in financial services.
You will play a key role in improving the lives of our customers and the well-being of their businesses through financial solutions, education, and advice. The position requires a strong passion for driving growth by collaborating with commercial lending business partners, private banking, Retail Regional Managers, and Branch Managers to execute sales strategies. You will also drive business priorities and develop plans to foster growth.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verified5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking
- verifiedStrong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry-focused lending
- verifiedIn-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products
- verifiedLegal authorization to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree. Experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China.
