About the Role

As a Business Office Manager, you will be the leader primarily responsible for the business office operations of our community. This role exists to ensure the financial and operational health of the facility while supporting the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this position, you will manage critical functions including resident billing, receivables collection, payroll oversight, and vendor invoice processing. Beyond the numbers, you play a vital role in cultivating an inclusive community culture. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining the associates necessary to provide high-quality care and personalized services to our residents, working closely with HR to optimize labor usage.
